Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if our software fails to function as intended. If you have issues using the software or believe it is not working properly, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will try to resolve any technical problems you are experiencing.

If we cannot resolve your issues and the software demonstrably does not work, we will provide a full refund. You must provide proof of purchase and detailed information explaining the technical issues to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only for defective products - if our software works as described but you are unsatisfied for other reasons, we do not offer refunds. Please review the software carefully before purchasing.

If eligible, we will issue your refund within 7 days of confirming the software is defective, via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Payment aggregator commission are non-refundable.

We only provide refunds to the original purchaser and billing address. Unofficial resale, transfer, or redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any other questions about our refund policy.
